Junior Floor and Vault is for our younger girls at primary school. Entry into the squad is by invitation only.

Programme

The gymnastic programme includes:

Floor skills, tumbling, vault, conditioning, flexibility and dance work.

Training Time

Junior Floor and Vault do 4 hours a week training on:

Monday- 16.30-18.30
Friday- 17.00-19.00
